These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ResumeJet.Net (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ResumeJet.Net provides tools to create personalized, tailored resumes and related career materials. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time to improve the Service.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Certain features require a paid plan. Prices and plan details are shown on our pricing page.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method.
• Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law.
• One-time purchases (such as the 3-Month Job Search Pass) grant access for the stated period and do not auto-renew.

4. Refunds

Because the Service delivers digital content and personalized output immediately, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will review your request in good faith.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in resumes or profiles used to deceive third parties.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the information and content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (including AI-assisted generation of your resumes). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.

7. Intellectual Property

The ResumeJet.Net name, logo, software, and design are owned by ResumeJet.Net and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in job interviews, offers, or employment. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResumeJet.Net will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
